6 Key Steps to Your Branding

Branding Messaging

One of the most important steps is the messaging of your branding. Our Symboliq team will do an in-depth analysis of your current assets to refresh the meaning behind your company’s identity, voice, tone, and future direction.

Concepting

At this stage in the branding process, our team will start to sketch out some rough drafts to find a solid, meaningful foundation to begin creating your brand’s aesthetic. We like to work with our clients to make the process as collaborative as possible, whether this means video call meetings or you sending us examples of what you’re drawn to visually for your brand.

Cross-Examination

Once the initial concepts have been created, our graphic designers will research other companies to ensure this idea has not been done before and something similar does not exist, to avoid problematic situations in the future.

Final Logo Build

When your team has selected a final logo, we will ensure all of our i’s are dotted and t’s are crossed. Meaning, all lines are straight and parallel, curves are even and balanced, and the logo is ready to be produced for all channels and applications.

Variation Creation

In this stage of the branding process, we will then take your finalized primary logo and create different layouts and color variations to account for all potential applications and uses for your new branding. The goal here is to make your logo stand out no matter where you put it.

Deliverables

In this stage, we’ll present you with your finalized branding files. As part of our branding process at Symboliq Media, we will also produce an executable brand style guide. Your brand guide will include an overview of your voice, tone, asset usage on materials and photos, as well as your colors, type facing, and iconography.
