Shop Local
Remember to support your small business community and share the local love. So many stores and shops in our local Geneva, IL area are doing what they can to offer products and services locally and safely.
If you’re in the area, check out Scentcerely Yours! They do a great job of keeping customers safe while offering customized products and experiences you can’t get anywhere else.
Online Shopping
There has been a huge increase in online shopping and we’ll continue to see it trend in 2021. Shopping online is easier and more convenient for consumers. Make sure to update your products in stock and if you’re offering online sales, let your customers know!
Social Media Purchasing
Instagram and Facebook ads now allow customers to swipe up and link to products on your store! Shopify and WordPress also make this integration with your store and social media accounts that much easier. On your business social media accounts, you also have a store or shop tab where you can promote your products. Social media purchasing will continue to trend in 2021 because it improves your customer’s shopping experience.
Visual Storytelling
Consumers expect good content and it’s all about telling your brand’s story effectively. Quick content won’t cut it in 2021. You need visually appealing images and videos that will really speak to your customers.
